Terms And Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom orders, quotations, embroidery services, and use of this website. By placing an order, accepting a quotation, submitting artwork or other materials for embroidery, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We want every customer to be happy with both the ordering experience and the finished product. Because much of our work is custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for an individual customer or business, certain conditions apply that may differ from the purchase of standard retail merchandise.

1. Custom Embroidery & Design Approval

Embroidery is a specialized process, and not every image or graphic is suitable for direct reproduction in thread.

Artwork submitted by a customer may need to be simplified, adjusted, resized, or otherwise adapted in order to produce a satisfactory embroidered result. Highly detailed, complex, very small, or otherwise unsuitable designs may not be stitchable in their original form.

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC reserves the right to recommend or require reasonable alterations to a design where necessary for stitch quality, durability, legibility, or the limitations of the embroidery process. Any significant changes to the appearance of a customer’s design will be discussed with the customer before production.

Where a proof, sample, mock-up, or design approval is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, wording, colors, placement, dimensions, and other design details before giving approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC cannot be responsible for errors that were present in the approved design or instructions.

2. Embroidery Digitization & Ownership of Digitization Files

Artwork must generally be converted into a specialized embroidery file before it can be stitched by an embroidery machine. This process is known as digitization.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all embroidery digitization files created, commissioned, modified, or developed by Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC remain the property of Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC.

This includes the embroidery-specific digital file containing information such as stitch types, stitch directions, stitch density, sequencing, underlay, trims, color changes, and other machine embroidery instructions.

Ownership of the digitization file does not give Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC ownership of the customer’s original artwork, logo, trademark, photograph, illustration, wording, or other underlying design. Customers retain whatever ownership or other intellectual-property rights they hold in the original material they submit.

The digitization file is a separate production file created from that material for the purpose of embroidery.

Payment of a digitization or setup fee covers the work involved in preparing the design for embroidery and does not constitute the purchase or transfer of ownership of the digitization file itself, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC may retain digitization files for future repeat orders. Retention of a file does not guarantee indefinite storage or availability.

3. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, graphics, or other material for reproduction, the customer confirms that they own the material or have obtained all permissions, licenses, or other rights necessary to authorize its reproduction.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their requested embroidery does not infringe another person’s or organization’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC reserves the right to decline any design that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights or that we otherwise consider inappropriate for production.

Acceptance of artwork for embroidery should not be interpreted as a determination by Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC that the customer has the legal right to reproduce it.

4. Online Products & Payment

Products offered for direct purchase through our website are payable in full at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated.

This may include ready-to-purchase seasonal merchandise, pre-designed embroidered products, blank garments or merchandise, and products offered with specified personalization or embroidery options.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the customer has received confirmation of the order.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative, modification, or refund.

5. Custom Quotations & Commercial Orders

Custom, business, team, organization, and larger-volume orders may be handled through our quotation or estimate process rather than through standard website checkout.

Depending on the nature and value of the order, Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC may require a deposit before purchasing garments, blanks, materials, or beginning production.

Deposit requirements will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated as part of the quotation or estimate process.

Where a deposit is required, work will not begin and materials may not be ordered until the required deposit has been received.

Once Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC has purchased merchandise or materials specifically for a customer’s order, deposits may become non-refundable to the extent necessary to cover those committed costs.

The remaining balance and payment deadline will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement.

6. Quotations & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based upon the information available at the time they are prepared, including anticipated stitch count, garment quantity, artwork requirements, digitization, garment selection, placement, and other production requirements.

If the specifications of an order change after a quotation has been issued, the price may also change.

Unless otherwise stated on the quotation, quotations do not guarantee the availability of particular garments, colors, sizes, or other materials until the order and any required deposit have been confirmed.

7. Turnaround Times

We make every reasonable effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe provided.

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed in writing. Production times may be affected by garment or material availability, supplier delays, shipping delays, design revisions, customer approval times, equipment issues, unusually large orders, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers requiring an order for a particular event or deadline should tell us before placing or approving the order so that we can confirm whether the requested timeframe is achievable.

8. Cancellations & Changes

Standard, non-custom merchandise may be cancelled before fulfillment where reasonably possible.

Personalized, embroidered, custom-made, or specially ordered products cannot ordinarily be cancelled once production has begun.

For custom orders requiring blanks, garments, or materials to be purchased specifically for the customer, cancellation after those materials have been ordered may result in the customer being responsible for the cost of those materials and any work already completed.

Requests to change artwork, wording, garment selection, quantities, sizes, colors, or placement after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes where production has not progressed too far to do so.

9. Personalized & Custom Products

Because personalized and custom-embroidered products are made specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-approved design choices.

This does not affect our responsibility if an item is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly due to an error by Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC.

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for additional information.

10. Garment Sizes, Colors & Product Variations

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before ordering.

Sizing may vary between manufacturers, styles, and garment types. Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC cannot guarantee that two different garment styles labeled with the same size will have identical measurements or fit.

Product photographs and digital mock-ups are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product. Colors may appear differently depending upon screen settings, photography, lighting, garment dye lots, thread batches, and other factors.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

11. Nature of Embroidery

Embroidery is a physical textile process rather than a printed reproduction. Some variation between a digital image and the finished embroidered product is normal.

Stitching can also behave differently depending upon the fabric, garment construction, texture, stretch, thickness, and design.

Small variations in placement, thread appearance, dimensions, or other characteristics may occur during normal production. Such reasonable variations are inherent to custom embroidery and are not considered manufacturing defects.

12. Customer-Supplied Garments or Items

Where Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC agrees to embroider an item supplied by the customer, the customer acknowledges that embroidery involves machinery, needles, stabilizers, heat, hooping, and other production processes.

Every reasonable effort will be made to protect customer-supplied items. However, some materials, coatings, seams, zippers, pockets, unusual fabrics, pre-existing damage, or garment construction may make an item unsuitable or increase the risk involved in embroidery.

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC reserves the right to decline to embroider a customer-supplied item where we believe it cannot be embroidered safely or to an acceptable standard.

Any special concerns regarding a valuable, sentimental, irreplaceable, vintage, or otherwise unusual item must be disclosed before work begins.

13. Defects or Errors

If you believe your order has been produced incorrectly or has a defect, please contact us promptly after receiving it and provide photographs where appropriate.

Where an error is determined to have been caused by Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, re-embroidery, or refund as circumstances reasonably require.

Normal characteristics of embroidery, minor variations within reasonable production tolerances, customer-approved design elements, customer-provided incorrect information, and normal garment manufacturing variations are not considered production errors.

14. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Available shipping, local pickup, or delivery options will be displayed or communicated when applicable.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside the direct control of Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer.

15. Photography & Portfolio Use

Unless a customer requests otherwise, Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC may photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, website, gallery, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials.

We will make reasonable efforts not to disclose private customer information.

Customers who do not want their completed order photographed or displayed publicly may notify us before completion of the order.

We will not use a customer’s logo, trademark, or proprietary design as a design for sale to other customers merely because we have embroidered or photographed it.

16. Website Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, and other information on this website are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information, or availability information and, where necessary, contact a customer regarding an affected order.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice.

17. Refusal of Service

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC reserves the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a requested design cannot be embroidered satisfactorily, materials are unsuitable, required permissions appear to be absent, the request is unlawful, or the order cannot reasonably be completed within the customer’s required timeframe.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website or provided in connection with an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information processed through third-party payment providers is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any transactions with Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to applicable state and federal law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Colorado.

21. Changes to These Terms

Embroidery by Rebecca’s LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction.
